The Secret’s Out!

Attorney Saul Kobrick Reveals to Clients How to Legally & Effectively Protect Assets from the Devastating Costs of Long Term Care

The Law Offices of Saul Kobrick, P.C. recently reconnected with Nassau County clients by hosting an exclusive Medicaid Planning Seminar where he spoke openly about how to avoid diminishing assets in order to pay for a nursing home; how to qualify for Medicaid Coverage; and how to ensure an inheritance to heirs. The event took place at the Westbury Holiday Inn and was widely regarded by the almost 50 clients in attendance as a very informative, concise and easy to understand presentation.

Saul Kobrick, Attorney and Founder of The Law Offices of Saul Kobrick, P.C. said “It was wonderful to spend time with the clients and friends of the firm. It was also a great opportunity for us to showcase our expertise in both the estate planning and elder law arenas”.

Attorney Saul Kobrick focuses his practice exclusively on estate and elder law planning and understands the value of keeping clients up to date on laws and strategies in the field. “It is very easy to avoid thinking about what will happen to your family and loved ones if you become disabled or were forced into a nursing home”, Explains Saul Kobrick, “however, it is important to realize that avoiding the problem will not make it go away. You need to plan now to ensure that the wealth you’ve worked so hard for all your life, goes to the people you love, and not to pay for a nursing home.”

Clients listened intently about the steps that may be taken in the case of an immediate need for Medicaid, as well as the steps that ensure future assets are protected should the circumstance of a nursing home stay arise.

The firm regularly hosts seminars on a variety of estate planning and elder law topics throughout Nassau, Suffolk and Westchester Counties. Attorney Saul Kobrick holds a Masters degree in taxation and is a member of the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys, The National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and the New York State Bar Association.

The Law Offices of Saul Kobrick, P.C. has helped thousands of families meet their long-term estate planning goals.
