Anthony M. Moccia has grown with our firm, starting as a Law Clerk, and working his way to become an Associate Attorney and now Partner of the Firm. He is admitted to the New York State Courts, and is a member of the N.Y. State and Nassau County Bar Associations. He serves as a member of the Elder Law and Trust & Estates Section of the N.Y. State Bar Association.
Experience
Mr. Moccia joined our firm as a Law Clerk in September of 2006, while he was studying for the New York State bar exam. During this time he received valuable hands on experience in producing quality estate planning documents as well as dealing with client affairs. While attending law school, and prior to his joining our firm, Anthony was a Pharmacy Technician for C.V.S. Pharmacy where detail, accuracy and client relation skills were crucial.
Education
Mr. Moccia received his Bachelor of Arts in History and his Paralegal’s Certificate from Marist College, where he graduated Cum Laude. He earned his law degree from Touro Law School. While at Touro, he participated in the Elder Law Clinic where he worked under attorney supervision drafting legal documents, and working on article 81 guardianship proceedings for clients.
Personal
Mr. Moccia was born and raised in Connecticut and moved to New York in 2003 to attend Law School. He was married in January of 2008 and lives in Seaford, N.Y. with his beautiful wife, two sweet daughters and their adorable puppy, Delilah. During his spare time, Mr. Moccia enjoys spending time with his family and enjoys sports both on and off the field.
