Sheila joined our law firm in 1996 as the firm’s receptionist. Her interest in Estate Planning and Client Relations lead her to become one of the firm’s most well rounded Legal Assistants. Sheila works diligently to prepare trust documents, as well as deeds. She prides herself on her file management skills and spends much of her time meeting with clients to ensure they properly fund their trusts.
Before becoming an integral part of the firm, Sheila spent time in a supervisory role in retail stores including Woolworth and Mandees. In that role, her main focus was to improve the performance of the store and increase profitability by improving sales and meeting customer demands. Quality customer service became second nature to Sheila and she continues to exceed client expectations.
After graduating from Kellenberg Memorial High School, Sheila continued her education at SUNY Farmingdale. Much of Sheila’s training and expertise has come from her hard work and determination to provide clients with the utmost professional care.
Sheila, the daughter of an Irish immigrant and a now retired NYC firefighter, was born and raised in the quaint waterfront town of East Rockaway, where she still resides today. She has been married for thirteen years, and has two great children ages 9 and 3. During her free time Sheila enjoys traveling with her family and being outdoors. When she is not on the road, Sheila spends much of her time as a soccer mom, baseball mom, and even a rugby mom. She also enjoys spending quiet time alone, and engaging in hobbies which include gardening, genealogy and photography.
