Ensure Peace and Harmony within Your Blended Family

Avoid Family Feuds with Your Blended Family

How do you ensure your current spouse is taken care of
and your children’s inheritance is protected?
How do you avoid hurt feelings and family feuds after you are gone?

With the number of divorces and remarriages steadily rising, family landscapes are vastly different than they were 20 or 30 years ago. Today’s modern family may include children, stepchildren, former and current spouses or significant others, former and current in-laws.

Due to these new dynamics, our priorities in planning have changed dramatically as well.

∙         Protect your family with a Living Trust, a much more versatile and effective legal tool than a simple Will in Blended Family situations

∙         Avoid ex-spouses, disinherited children or other heirs from getting their hands on your hard-earned assets

∙         Prevent your assets from going to strangers instead of your children if your spouse gets remarried after your death

∙         Avoid Will contests that could have your assets going to the wrong individuals

∙         Preserve your children’s inheritance if they divorce… up to 50% of your assets could walk out the door with your ex in-law

∙          Avoid unnecessary turmoil and quarrels within your family; instead ensure peace and harmony
